IMPORTANT NOTICE: Effective January 1, 2025, we have a new billing system.
If you have not registered your account, please search for the email sent to you from Flash Trash, LLC/accounts@flashtrashcitrus.com to set up your new Flash Trash account.
(You may need to check your spam folder)
Inside the email is a link for your account. Once you have logged into your account, you will find the menu at the top right (three horizontal lines). Here you can restart autopay, modify services, and have full access to amend your account as needed.
If you are paying your bill manually (paper check) it may take a few additional days for your billing invoice to show up in your account.

Updated Payment Process

Automatic Payments:
Accounts on automatic payment will no longer receive E-Bills prior to payment. You can log into your account anytime to view upcoming payments. -
For customers enrolled BEFORE December 1, 2024:
Payments will be deducted between the 29th and the 1st of each month. -
For customers enrolled ON or AFTER December 1, 2024:
Subscription charges will be deducted automatically based on your subscription details. Please log into your account to confirm your settings. -
Late Payments:
A late fee of $8.00 will apply if your account is 7 days past due. Accounts unpaid after 15 days from the due date will be suspended. Suspended accounts will incur a $10 reconnection fee. -
Reinstating Service for Suspended Accounts:
If your account has been suspended, reinstating service is easy—just sign back up online!

Why is Flash Trash updating the payment system?
We’re always working to improve your experience and make trash collection as simple as possible. That’s why we’ve chosen a new system called Stop Suite. This system works seamlessly with Stripe, a payment platform with the highest level of security and compliance.
Here’s how it benefits you:

What is Stop Suite?
Stop Suite is an easy-to-use platform specifically designed for trash services. It simplifies billing, account management and routing, while helping us keep all routes accurate and up-to-date.
How will the charge appear on my financial statement?
Your charges will appear as Flash Trash on your credit or debit card statement.
What is my new login information?
Your new login will be your email address, and you’ll create your own password when you activate your account. You must set up payment preferences in your new account. Old information will not transfer. Look for emails with instructions starting January 1, 2025.
What do I need to do to activate my account?
Because this is a completely new system, your current payment information will not transfer over. To ensure uninterrupted service, follow these steps:

Visit the link provided in the email we’ve sent to you.

Log in using the email address we have on file and create your password.

Enter your payment details by January 31, 2025, to avoid potential service interruptions.
If you receive paper bills, we’ll contact you by phone and mail to guide you through the process.
When will the new system go live?
Invoices will begin being processed through Stop Suite on February 1, 2025.
